Returns & Order Issues
We want every Leyline order to arrive looking as good as it did in the builder. Because proxy decks are custom-made for you, our return policy is narrower than off-the-shelf retail — but we will make it right when something goes wrong on our end.
Custom proxy orders
Proxy print runs are produced specifically for your deck list. Once production has started, orders generally cannot be returned for a change of mind (wrong art choice, decided not to play the deck, etc.). Please review your cart and checkout totals carefully before paying on Shopify.
When we will help
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if:
- Cards arrived with significant print defects (blurry text, major color issues, mis-cuts, or obvious damage)
- The wrong quantity, foil treatment, or product was sent compared to your order notes
- Items were lost in transit (we will work with carrier tracking first)
- Shop products arrived damaged or not as described
Include your Shopify order number and photos of the issue. We may offer a reprint, partial credit, or replacement depending on the situation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible via contact support. Orders that have not entered production may be cancellable; once printing has begun, cancellation is usually not possible.
Shop & accessories
Non-custom shop items (premade decks, accessories, in-stock goods) may qualify for return or exchange when unused and in original condition. Contact us with your order details and we will advise on next steps.
