FAQ
Quick answers about Leyline Card Lab — proxies, checkout, saved decks, and shipping. Still stuck? Contact support or join us on Discord.
What is Leyline Card Lab?
A premium MTG proxy and accessories studio. Build custom proxy decks in our Proxy Builder, browse Secret Lair drops and shop products, then check out securely with Stripe.
Are your proxies tournament legal?
Leyline proxies are for casual play, playtesting, and cube — not sanctioned Competitive REL events. Many local game stores allow proxies for Commander, casual, and other non-sanctioned nights when the organizer permits them. Always confirm house rules before you play. See our Printing Policy for more context.
How does pricing work?
Proxy card printing uses tiered per-card pricing based on order size (more cards = lower per-card rate). Foil cards add an upcharge per card. Deck boxes, counters, and selected products are priced separately. Your live total updates in the Proxy Builder and cart before checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guests can build a cart and check out via Stripe. Signing in lets you save named decks, sync your working deck across devices, store your shipping profile, and see order snapshots in your account.
How do saved decks work?
While logged in, your current working deck auto-saves as you edit. Use Save as My Deckin the Proxy Builder to store named lists you can reload from your account or the builder's quick-load menu.
How does checkout work?
Review your order on the cart page, then continue to checkout. Payment is handled securely via Stripe Checkout. Tax and shipping are calculated based on your address during the Stripe flow. Proxy orders include fulfillment notes for our print team. Order records and fulfillment are managed in Leyline.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with the email you used at checkout and your Leyline order number (LEY-XXXXXXXX from your confirmation email). Signed-in customers can also see orders in your account.
How long until my order ships?
Proxy orders are made to print — allow processing time, especially for large or foil-heavy decks. Shop-only items may ship sooner when in stock. See Shipping for details.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Custom proxy print runs generally cannot be resold, so returns are limited. See our Returns Policy for what we can help with if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
