Order & account help

Logged-in customers can view recent order snapshots in your account. For payment, tracking, and receipt details, use the confirmation email from Shopify or open your order on the Shopify storefront linked at checkout.

Response time

We aim to reply to support messages within a few business days. Discord is typically faster during active community hours. Production and shipping questions may take longer during large drop windows or holiday peaks.
